What is argentina license plate?

Argentina license plates have a blue background with white alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) arranged in three lines. The first two letters on the plate indicate the province where the vehicle is registered, while the remaining letters and numbers are unique to the vehicle. In addition, the plates contain a holographic image, an Argentine flag, and the words "Mercosur" and "Argentina" on the top and bottom, respectively. The current design was introduced in 2016 and meets the requirements of the Mercosur regional trade bloc.
